Is PeachesRx right for everyone?
Not always. Our telehealth services are 100% online, therefore our team, medical providers, and pharmacy partners must exercise greater caution than in-person/traditional healthcare services and/or treatments. Unfortunately, this means we may not be able to assist everyone with their healthcare requests or needs.
Only when it is safe and appropriate will a healthcare provider approve treatment. Healthcare providers will advise if an in-person/traditional healthcare visit is more appropriate based on your chart and medical history.

Why is PeachesRx only available in certain states?
Depending on the treatment option and/or service we offer, all of the following must be true to conduct telehealth services and/or prescribe treatment in your state.

Are PeachesRx medical providers licensed healthcare professionals?
Yes. All prescribing healthcare providers in our third-party medical network are licensed healthcare professionals based in the United States.
Can I use my insurance to pay for treatment?
No. Insurance is not accepted nor required to receive services and/or treatment through our secure telehealth platform.
I’ve been pre-approved, what happens next?
To keep things moving, we’ll place a temporary authorization on your card. Don’t worry, this isn’t a charge. You’ll only be billed if you’re approved by one of our licensed providers.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@peachesrx.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or returned. Due to state and federal regulations, and pharmacy laws, all sales are final once the pharmacy has processed and shipped your order.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on prescription medications due to state and federal laws, as well as pharmacy regulations. Therefore, all sales are final once the pharmacy has fulfilled and shipped your order. If you believe your prescription was filled incorrectly, please contact support@peachesrx.com immediately for assistance.
How do I cancel my auto-refill order before it ships?
To cancel your auto-refill order or subscription, please contact support@peachesrx.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or returned. As with all prescription medications, sales are final once the pharmacy has processed and shipped your order.
