What to Expect After You Complete Your Intake
What is the PeachesRx program?
PeachesRx is a digital wellness platform designed to support women on their health journey through personalized, provider-guided care and medication-based treatments.
Our program makes it simple to get started, stay on track, and feel supported every step of the way—without leaving home.
Step 1: Complete Your Intake Form
Start by filling out a quick online intake form. Based on your responses, a licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine your next steps. If you chose email or text as your preferred method, a provider will reach out within 24–48 hours.
If you selected video or phone, you’ll get a link to schedule a virtual consultation around the same time.
(Heads up: some states only allow phone or video consults for telehealth.)
Step 2: Prescription & Shipping
Once you’re approved, your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy. Orders typically ship within 2–6 business days.Note: The pharmacies do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays, so those days are not included in the timeline.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
You’re never on your own here. From dose adjustments to monthly check-ins, we’re here to help you stay confident and consistent.I’ve been pre-approved, what happens next?
To keep things moving, we’ll place a temporary authorization on your card. Don’t worry, this isn’t a charge. You’ll only be billed if you’re approved by one of our licensed providers.
How should I prepare for my phone or video consultation?
If required in your state (or if you requested one), your virtual consultation will play a key part in your PeachesRx journey, and being prepared helps us make the most of your time with the provider. Here’s how to get ready:
1. Gather a few quick details about your health
Before your call, make sure you have the following info handy:
Medications: A list of anything you’re currently taking (prescriptions, over-the-counter meds, vitamins, or supplements).
Nutrition & activity: What does a typical day of eating or movement look like for you?
Health concerns: Any current or past medical conditions (like high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) that might affect your treatment. This helps your provider get a clear picture of your health and tailor your plan to fit your needs.
2. Find a quiet space for your call
Your consultation will take place online, so pick a quiet, private spot where you feel comfortable talking. Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is charged and has a stable internet connection. Our providerss reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if they deem your environment unfit for a virtual appointment.3. Bring anything else you want to share
If you have lab results, medical history, or anything else you think might be helpful, have it nearby so you can bring it up during your appointment.4. Think about your goals
Your provider will review your intake form and ask about what you hope to achieve. This is your chance to talk about your goals, and we’ll work together to find the best path forward for you.
Your Medication Was Approved! Now What?
How do I track my prescription?
Once your prescription has been approved, we’ll send it off to the pharmacy, and you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way.
Here’s how to keep an eye on your shipment:
- Once your prescription has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from PeachesRx (or from our partner CareGLP) with your tracking number.
- You can reply directly to that email if you have any questions.
- If your order is shipped via a partner pharmacy, it will arrive through FedEx or UPS. As soon as the tracking information is available, you’ll receive it directly from the shipping carrier.
I just received my medicine. What are my next steps?
Yay—your PeachesRx prescription has arrived! Here’s what to know before you get started:
Listen to Your Body
As with any medication, your body may need time to adjust. Some people experience mild side effects, such as nausea, fatigue, constipation, or changes in appetite. While these usually fade as your body adapts, everyone’s experience may differ. Here are a few tips that may help:
- Take your medication at the same time each day, exactly as prescribed
- Stay hydrated throughout the day
- Eat balanced meals (protein-rich foods are your best friend!)
